"Setting Standards: Living up to our motto one customer at a time."
When was the last time you saw the inside of the duct work to your hoods? Have you ever at all? Then how do you know your current hood cleaners are doing a good job? At Precision Facility Services we take digital pictures before and after we have cleaned your exhaust system. But we don't just take those pictures and keep them for our records, we print them out on site and give them to you. That is our guarantee that we have cleaned your entire exhaust system. We're proud of our work, and we want you to be proud to have us as your services provider.
Don't Settle for Less:
Most companies focus on cleaning only the immediate cosmetic features of your hoods and neglect all the other hidden parts of the exhaust system. In addition, many companies charge cheap rates just to clean surfaces, which doesn't benefit your business or safety of your restaurant. However at Precision Facility Services our priority is you and to guarantee that your kitchen exhaust system is up to top standards, cleaned from top to bottom, and most importantly passes all required codes so that you can continue to have a successful restaurant! So don't settle for less when you can have the best at Precision Facility Services!
This picture was taken on a pre-inspection we did a few days before the initial cleaning. Notice you cannot see any bare metal at all. It is completely covered with grease. It is obvious that the hood cleaners who were "cleaning" this hood, were not cleaning the duct work at all.
A few days later, we came in, did what we do best, and before the customer knew it, they were fire safe. This is a perfect example of what your duct should look like each and every time your hood cleaners clean your hoods. Bare metal is our main goal.
New Customer in Casa Grande said his regular hood cleaners had cleaned his hood two days prior to us showing up, and could not figure out why it was making so much noise. Can you?
A few days later, we cleaned his hood the way it should have been cleaned. We left it grease free and removed the rag that got sucked in through the duct. The blower was running like new.
